Return Policy for Online Orders
OhhMy! considers our customers top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will be happy to return your item for in-store credit or merchandise exchange as long as your item qualifies for an exchange.
Qualifications for Credit or Exchange:
- Item must be returned within 15-days from the date of purchase
- Item must be unused or unworn, free from odors
- Item must be accompanied by the original packaging, with tags attached
Items that do not qualify for Credit or Exchange:
- Sale items or Clearance items
- All special orders/ personalized or monogrammed merchandise
- Seasonal merchandise (including but not limited to Christmas, Fall/Halloween, Valentine’s Day, Easter)
Important: store credit is valid for 30-Days from the issuance date.
No refunds of Gift Certificates/Cards
Before sending item back, contact our office at (601) 891-8065 or email email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. We ask that you supply the following information.
- Your name and order date, sales ticket number
- Item(s) to be exchanged
- If you wish a store credit or exchange
- Reason for credit/exchange
Once received, an OhhMy! sales associate will review your request and forward instructions. If you have asked for an in-store credit we will credit you the amount of the item, less any shipping/handling charges and tax if applicable. If you wish to exchange your item for another item, you will be responsible for shipping and returning item back to OhhMy!
If you wish to return your online purchase for something else, you are responsible for shipping and insuring that item to our store using the carrier of your choosing; and that includes covering all the cost associated with the shipment. Any merchandise shipped to us that is deemed as undeliverable is your responsibility to track down and to get to us. Items damaged during return shipment; no matter what carrier you shipped with, is also your responsibility. OhhMy! is not considered liable for damaged returns, and will not credit or exchange the damaged item, or any shipment that does not show as “Delivered” to our location via tracking.
If you have received a gift and want to return it, you, too have 15-days to return your gift for a store credit or exchange. That 15-day window begins from the day your gift was purchased, not when you received it. Hurry in if it is not your taste.
If you wish to cancel an order you must do so via email firstname.lastname@example.org by 12PM CST the day following your order. After that time all orders are considered processed and cannot be cancelled. If your item was shipped before you are able to cancel, your purchase will then be treated as a “Return” and you will be responsible for shipping item back to OhhMy! before receiving your refund, minus shipping charges. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor as soon as they are placed.
Packaging and Delivery
We strive to package all merchandise to the highest standards to ensure a safe delivery. If the merchandise you have ordered is delivered in damaged condition, you must keep any and all packaging (including boxes, peanuts, paper, etc.) and contact OhhMy! in order to file a claim. You may be asked to provide photo of damaged merchandise, which helps us with UPS/USPS claims and also ensures the condition of the product before it begins its journey back to us. If the original packaging is not saved along with the damaged merchandise, the claim cannot be processed and any replacement expense is the responsibility of the customer.
At OhhMy, we make a great effort to ensure the accuracy of our prices and online content, but know that errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct our errors and appreciate your understanding and patience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Promotions and discounts will be available online from time to time. In order to receive a discount or promotion, you will be required to enter the given promotional code at the time of checkout. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or used in any way other than stated.
NOTE: OhhMy does not price match in-store prices with online prices or vice versa.

OhhMy! keeps your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number. We use this information to process your orders and to keep you updated on your orders. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers. OhhMy! will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. OhhMy! will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
